Crabcakes


1# crab meat
2 eggs
2 T sour cream
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 t lemon juice
salt
pepper
1/2 to 1 c. chopped green onion
2 T. chopped fresh parsley

Form into 12-13 patties 1" thick
Chill in frig
Bread with Panko
Fry in butter until golden
